Terms of Participation

By registering for or participating in any Young Investors United programs, you agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility

Participants must be enrolled students or approved educational organizations.

2. Fair Play

• No cheating, data manipulation, or misrepresentation
• No market exploitation beyond provided competition rules

3. Disqualification

YIU reserves the right to disqualify any team for violations, misconduct, or rule breaches.

4. No Financial Liability

All competitions are simulated educational experiences. No real financial trading occurs.

5. Media Use

By participating, teams grant YIU permission to publish names, photos, and achievements.
